Things need improvement

Residents have expressed dissatisfaction with the room sizes, noting them to be smaller than preferred. Additionally, there have been occasional issues with the functionality of the lift. Concerns have also been raised regarding the poor construction quality and the lack of availability of shops within the vicinity.

The community is vibrant, with large green spaces and operational amenities promised by the builder. Accessibility to key areas in South Bangalore is facilitated, and with the upcoming Metro, congestion is expected to reduce. All major festivals are celebrated inclusively and professionally, and residents enjoy year-round fun events. The new Residents Welfare Association (RWA) has efficiently taken over management tasks. Provision of Cauvery water is available for phase 1 blocks and distributed harmoniously among residents. Daily needs shops, including grocery stores, medical facilities, spas, and various food options, are conveniently located within the society. Additionally, ICICI Bank is located nearby for banking needs.

Things need improvement

Seepage issues are being promptly addressed by the Residents Welfare Association (RWA). Maintenance charges have seen an increase but remain comparable to other societies of similar size. The commissioning of Cauvery water for approximately 1200 flats is pending. Some amenities are still not operational, and there's room for improvement in pet management.

The electrical wiring for each building is separate, yet there are occasional issues where the generator switches off despite homes not receiving mains power. Water pressure tends to drop significantly in the evenings, and heavy rain can cause water logging in the underground basement parking. While some residents have reported stray dog sightings, personally, I have not encountered any in my three years of living here.
