The society boasts a commendable management system with courteous staff and a pleasant environment. However, some residents have noted issues with the indoor room construction, citing small room sizes, and have found the lift performance to be average.

Residents have expressed dissatisfaction with the room sizes, noting them to be smaller than preferred. Additionally, there have been occasional issues with the functionality of the lift. Concerns have also been raised regarding the poor construction quality and the lack of availability of shops within the vicinity.

Good things here
The community is vibrant, with large green spaces and operational amenities promised by the builder. Accessibility to key areas in South Bangalore is facilitated, and with the upcoming Metro, congestion is expected to reduce. All major festivals are celebrated inclusively and professionally, and residents enjoy year-round fun events. The new Residents Welfare Association (RWA) has efficiently taken over management tasks. Provision of Cauvery water is available for phase 1 blocks and distributed harmoniously among residents. Daily needs shops, including grocery stores, medical facilities, spas, and various food options, are conveniently located within the society. Additionally, ICICI Bank is located nearby for banking needs.

Seepage issues are being promptly addressed by the Residents Welfare Association (RWA). Maintenance charges have seen an increase but remain comparable to other societies of similar size. The commissioning of Cauvery water for approximately 1200 flats is pending. Some amenities are still not operational, and there's room for improvement in pet management.

Stray dogs can be a nuisance at times, causing annoyance with their barking. Additionally, occasional shortages of water and electricity are experienced in the society, which can be seen as issues. However, apart from these challenges, everything else in the society is generally satisfactory.

The electrical wiring for each building is separate, yet there are occasional issues where the generator switches off despite homes not receiving mains power. Water pressure tends to drop significantly in the evenings, and heavy rain can cause water logging in the underground basement parking. While some residents have reported stray dog sightings, personally, I have not encountered any in my three years of living here.

The society maintains lush greenery and employs CCTV surveillance for security. Its proximity to the highway and nearby metro connectivity further add to its appeal.

While the society generally offers a positive living experience, there are a couple of areas for improvement. Although CCTV cameras cover most areas, the lack of surveillance at the sewage treatment plant raises security concerns, especially considering the absence of lighting in that area during the night. This lack of illumination can cause discomfort, particularly for female residents passing through that area after dark. Additionally, there seems to be insufficient parking space available for guests' vehicles, which can be inconvenient during times of gatherings or events.
