Signs & Flyers

For Sale Sign
A For Sale sign is a must. You can pick one up at your local hardware store or order one from Kinko's. Make sure it's big enough to read from a passing car and that it is visible to cars passing in both directions. Don't forget to put your phone number on it!

If you don't want people dropping by unannounced, you may want to include "Shown by appointment only" on your sign.

Flyers
It is a good idea to provide visitors with a one-page information sheet with a photo and details about your property. Consider printing copies of your ad from Housing.com.

Buyers are usually looking at several properties. Providing a sheet with a photo and quick facts will help buyers remember your property and get your contact information.

Make sure your info sheet includes:
• Property address
• Price
• Number of bedrooms and bathrooms, total square footage
• Any unique features, something that makes your property special
• Open house information
• Your contact information

Make your flyers available for visitors as well as people that are driving by. Put flyers in a tube or an acrylic literature display box attached to your For Sale Sign.
