With continued commitment to diversification, Mr. Pradeep Kumar Vaid has now ventured into real estate development. The Nemani family has had its roots in commodity trading and financial markets since the 1860s, branching out into real estate in the 1970's. They have successfully delivered housing and farmhouse projects in Mumbai city and along the Mumbai - Pune corridor. Mr. Rahul Nemani has been an integral part of the industry in association with reputed real estate developers such as the Jaipuria Group (Pan-India) and the Bhojwani Group (Mumbai) for the last decade. He holds MBA and MS degrees from Boston University and has left his mark in fields of Investment Banking and Management Consulting in the past. Stalwarts in their fields, the Vaid and Nemani families amalgamate their legacy of quality and traditional backgrounds of industry and business begetting Zeme, a real estate venture.
