About Siddharth One21

The structure, designed by eastern India's reputed structural engineer Mr. Sanjiv Parekh of SPA Associates, is earthquake safe. Project Architect Mr. Arup Basu/ Ms. Amrita Basu have designed the building including the grand elevation. It houses a basement (for carparking and fire services) ground plus 5 storied building. Each floor has 2 wings and each wing has 2 flats which are all well lighted and ventilated. Roof is common to all and decoratively led in tiles and well lighted. Proper anti-termite treatment has been done in the foundation and top quality water-proofing in roof and all toilets and kitchens. Top quality fire pumps and equipments have been installed including digiset for emmergency backup power. Solar plant for common area lighting has also been installed. CCTV ha s been installed in all parts of the building and intercom has been provided in all flats. Adequate capacity of underground and overhead tank including fire tanks have been provided. Decorative and grand entrance lobby with granite staircase has been provided.

For flat - branded electrical wires (Finolex electrical wires), branded switches, CP fittings and ceramic fittings have been installed besides astral brand consealed plumbing. Floors are led in 4/2 ft. vetrified tiles and antiskid tiles in toilets with door height wall tiles.
