          Real-Estate classifieds industry struggles with misinformation when it comes to expiration of listings(property already rented out or sold). To enhance user-experience, we at Housing are trying to solve this problem by coming up with our own model for listing decay or expiration. Back-testing on information of past flats and segregation of demand-supply area-wise, sector-wise(x BHK) and furnish-type, we have come up with our own radioactive decay formula to determine when a listing should expire.
          Visibility Index
          Is it really worth it to flood your interface with all the possible properties just to boast of how many listing we have for you? Think not. We care about you a whole lot more than that, and user experience is what we are all about. So we came up with a simple mathematical formula to decide which listing should be shown at a particular zoom level. The ones which receive better response and are more popular will be shown to you at the default zoom level on the website. You can explore all possible options simply by zooming in further. Less clutter's always better.
          Housing Lifestyle Rating
          To enable users to choose better, we devised a carefully structured algorithm that quantifies the overall experience of living in a given apartment. The algorithm takes into account everything from the most basic needs to indulgent, sought after luxuries, and weighs them according to their importance. What you get is a numeric valuation of just what it would be like to live in a house.
          Housing Estimate
          Housing Estimate helps you predict the estimate value of a house in the rent/sale facility. By comparing the Housing Estimate with the price, you can easily make the decision of whether or not the house is worth all those money bags. Judge whether it's a market deal, an overpriced one or (if you're lucky) an underpriced getaway.
