There are plenty of facilities that you can avail of here like shops, gym, parks, medical store, community center to conduct functions like marriages, parties, events, etc. The best thing about this project is the reasonable pricing and green patch nearby that gives a nice view. Greatly constructed buildings as well regular maintenance are other positives of this place. Sometimes when more visitors reach here then parking space gets filled so, it is a negative point.

It is the first station on Mumbai's Western suburbs local railway route and provides convenient access to the city's major areas via road and rail. The connectivity is very good as it hardly takes some time to reach the public transport or get a cab a doorstep. Ample parking space for residents and visitors is available. It is a much safer place for family and working parents who can work in an office without thinking twice about the safety of their family members.

Rustomjee has effectively carved out a position for itself in India's current real estate industry. Good surroundings with good locations and a nice neighborhood with the availability of medical stores, and grocery stores are plus points of this project. It is easy to travel anywhere as there are no traffic jams in the area. There are many clean and well-maintained parks and inside roads with street lights and low pollution levels make it a nice place to stay.

Furthermore, it boasts many educational institutions, both private and public, such as John XXIII. The best thing I like about this project is the lush greenery and well-maintained parks. There are many more pros of these projects like there is a nice clubhouse, gym, and open area with ample parking space which is in abundance and the visitors find it convenient to park their vehicles.

Rustomjee has effectively carved out a position for itself in India's current real estate industry. You can do jogging or evening walks as there are CCTV cameras installed everywhere to take care of safety. Connectivity is also good and you can avail the public transport facilities without any hassle or just book a cab to reach anywhere quickly. Cabs reach this place in no time also, the bus stand is nearby.

Lots of covered parking space and excellent security condition is what I like most about this project. Additionally, the prices are quite reasonable and you do not feel the pinch because you get almost everything inside without looking for the outside market.

Rustomjee Avenue L1 L2 and L4 is a well-known under-construction project in Virar West that offers affordable apartments. The roads are well connected and everything is nearby like you can go to the nearest mall in a few minutes only. The shops, gyms, parks, ATMs, and other amenities are readily available just inside here. So, there is no requirement to go outside of society for buying daily essential items.

It also has a variety of tourist attractions, such as high-street outlets in and surrounding Virar, such as High Street Phoenix. Well-planned flats and infrastructure with lots o greenery keep this project on top as compared to the others in the same location. The flats have a well-designed ventilation system that allows for plenty of natural light and fresh air. Wide roads ensure that you can reach the metro station within a few minutes.

Virar West's Rustomjee Avenue L1 L2 and L4 have 11 towers, each having 14 stories and 1287 flats. It is the project that has been designed for the comfort of the residents as the high construction quality, spacious homes, clean inside roads, CCTV cameras, security guards everything is right. The connectivity is never an issue also, the colleges, schools, shops, ATMs are nearby. Furthermore, the view is great and you can enjoy calm evenings on your balcony as the neighborhood is also good.

Those looking for long-term investment options might find this initiative to be worthwhile. Here, you will find everything inside the premises like parks, gym, jogging area, well-lit roads, CCTV cameras and much more. Connectivity is good that it takes very less time to reach the bus or auto stand or even book a cab as they find it easy to reach this place within quickly. Also, the construction quality of homes from inside and outside is good.

This is not what I thought about Rustomjee. The brand will not exist if this is its planning. The location is ok but the planning, execution, and condition of buildings are not agreeable.

Don’t even think of being a part of this project as you will regret it. The construction is not at all up to the mark. It comes with pitfalls everywhere.

The developer has duped many and everyone is talking bad. The existing residents are not at all happy with their purchases. There are multiple vital issues with this project. Don’t buy!

The sales department does not even talk properly once you have booked a flat. The construction is bad and so is the condition of the rest of open space. Don’t invest!

I talked to the residents living here and luckily came to know a lot. The location is good but the project is a disaster. Apartments are leaking. Construction is weak.
