Hiranandani Estate is arguably the most happening place in Thane, offering the best amenities, connectivity, schools, shopping malls, hospitals, and supermarkets. The ongoing construction of the metro will further enhance connectivity. It's an excellent township for families and the best place to live in Thane.
Things need improvement
For now, there are no negative comments about the place. However, it could be improved by offering more affordable housing options for upper-middle-class people, allowing them to access the great amenities and enjoy the lifestyle.

In conclusion, I didn't encounter any major issues, just a minor inconvenience with the tunnel system. Overall, my experience was very positive, and I never encountered any bad services. I would recommend considering this place as your new home; it's a great place to live and enjoy life.

With security at the entrance and throughout the area, it feels safe. The place is well-maintained and clean, with ample parking space available at all times. Lush greenery, including trees in the middle and along the roadsides, adds to the charm. The quality construction makes it an ideal spot for capturing memorable pictures. Overall, the atmosphere is very pleasant, and safety is a top priority.
Things need improvement
Living nearby, I don't have much to say, but occasionally, there's a rush of delivery guys. It would be beneficial to have proper arrangements in place for them.

This is an under-construction residential project located in a very prime locality of the project, which is well connected with highway and bus station, so transportation is very easy. Schools, hospitals, markets are very close to this project.

I had booked a flat 9 years back, still, no possession…builder has given me an allotment letter but not settled yet and asking for a higher rate. My case is in consumer court. I'm not the only one waiting to be captured

The community was really nice, with a beautiful garden and a generator for uninterrupted electricity supply. There were well-maintained club facilities, and all essential shops were conveniently located within the vicinity.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, there's no outdoor space for playing games, and all the rooms only have attached bathrooms when we were hoping for separate ones. Additionally, there's no furniture provided, no gym, limited park access, and no swimming pool available.
