Overall facilities and all the things are good, it is just the maintenance and issue resolution that can be improved.

The society benefits from a favorable location, surrounded by convenient shops and malls. Being a low-rise community, it offers a sense of openness. Additionally, it enjoys good connectivity, making it easily accessible from various parts of the city.
Things need improvement
The roads surrounding the society are in poor condition, and unfortunately, the swimming pool is not operational. Additionally, there's a shortage of parking space, which can be inconvenient for residents. The maintenance of the society is just average, leaving room for improvement.

It's concerning to hear that the society lacks proper garbage discharge and a water management system. The accumulation of water on the ground for extended periods poses potential hygiene and safety issues. These are critical areas that need to be addressed to ensure the well-being and comfort of the residents.

The society provides all essential services such as power backup, parking, and elevators. Additionally, the clubhouse is truly exceptional, offering modern amenities like a gym, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, swimming pool, squash court, tennis court, and more. Overall, it's a wonderful society to call home.
Things need improvement
The only downside is the presence of a slaughterhouse behind the society, which can occasionally disrupt sleep for residents in C or D block. Additionally, the clubhouse is not directly connected from inside the society, which can be inconvenient for some.

There is no traffic jam around the society's roads.allotted parking has been provided for resident.no frequent power cuts issues. Reasonable maintain ace amount.
Things need improvement
No allotted parking for guest.bachelors are not allowed. Sometime we have seepage issues but it's not that bad and manageable.
