I think the connectivity if good enough to rate it 4 out of 5 as i can easily access auto, cabs etc, IN my opinion the construction quality and maintenece quality both are good only, the people living in the society are cooperative.
Things need improvement
I think there is nothing to imrprove as such only the municipal cooperation should be more active in this area.

A former resident. There was one bus stop near the society, so public buses were easily available. There was one school that was walking distance. Hospitals and other necessary things were easily accessible within the 2km radius. Water seepage or leekage was not an issue as the society was very new and infact some buildings were under construction, so that was no issue. Even though the society was under construction, the society was well maintained and it was cleaned properly. Amenities like club house, gym, pool and park were all there, nothing extraordinary. Some festivals were celebrated in the society in the parking lot.
Things need improvement
But for autos, rickshaws, we had to walk to the main road to acess them. Only main festivals were celebrated in the society not all the festivals

Nearby koi metro station nahi hai or society ke outside ke roads bohot zyada kharab hai to ache se banne chahiye, cleanliness or greenery honi chahiye .

Other facilities like gym,swimmingpool, club house are available in the society the society maintainace is done properly the society is kept clean and hygine is maintained lifts are available in the society

Construction issues are faced, some flats in the society have seapage and leakage issues Political issues amongts the members of the society is there. main road are in a bad conditions outside the society

there is nothing to dislike but it my suggestion that there should be cameras also although it is not much necessary n lift

School right across the society, don't know about the hospital near the society. Public transport like auto, ola and uber very easily available. Society is well maintained and has a seamless garbage disposal system. Amenities like clubhouse is there All festivals are celebrated and everyone celebrates together. Water seepage and leekage is not an issue in the society.The construction quality of the society is great.

Construction quality kafi zyada achi hai koi issue nahi hota hai construction ke regarding, amenities sabhi available hai or functional hai, society ke log friendly hao cooperative hai

Society ke bahar ke roads ki construction bohot zyada kharab ha, roads tute hue hai, uski waja se kafi zyada problem hoti hai, or maintenance charges thode zyada hai shayad isliye kyuki yaha sab kuch expensive hai

Living in this society is so convenient with bus stops and a market area nearby. It's great that there are no problems with leaks or seepage in the building. Having a gym and a lift adds to the comfort and accessibility. Plus, festivals are celebrated with such joy and enthusiasm. And the best part is no parking issues to worry about.

The overall quality of everything here is just average, and the buildings are old and outdated.

The society includes a market area and Dmart within its premises. Maintenance is exemplary, with CCTV cameras and lifts installed. Any minor maintenance issues are swiftly resolved. There are no problems with seepage or leakage. All amenities are impeccably maintained. Festivals and cultural events are joyously celebrated. Residents adhere to the rules and regulations without exception.
Things need improvement
There are no downsides to this society, and there's nothing I would change or improve about it.

Connectivity in terms of transport is pretty decent as resudents can easily find a cab, taxi or bus easiy and the construction quality is also up to the mark and same goes for maintenace part as well.
Things need improvement
The availability of basic amenties like club houses, swimming pool is not there and only a playground is there.

It's super convenient in that area with buses, cabs, and auto rickshaws always available for transportation needs. And the cherry on top? Having a pool and clubhouse right there adds a touch of luxury and relaxation to the community.
Things need improvement
This place is always full of people because it's in a busy area, which can be too much sometimes. And not having elevators makes it harder to move around, especially if you're carrying things. Even though there are good things about it, like other positive stuff, these problems make it not as nice.

Markets are available nearby, and public transport is easily accessible around the society. I find the maintenance services satisfactory considering the maintenance charges. The society remains clean and tidy, with timely cleanliness maintained. The unit sizes are spacious, and emergency staircases and fire exits are available. All amenities such as swimming pool, clubhouse, gardens, and security are well-equipped, with cameras installed and operational throughout the premises. Guards are stationed at all gates, and the residents are friendly, celebrating all festivals together.
Things need improvement
The roads surrounding the society are not well-built, leading to waterlogging issues during the rainy season. Additionally, the surrounding area is a developing one, leading to constant construction and frequent traffic issues.

The market area is available nearby and construction quality so there is no issue of seepage or leakage, swimming pool also available and very well maintained.

There are a lot of issues with parking in the society, there is no visitor parking here or even the owner of some flats does not have parking, or the walking area is not kept clean, the roads outside the society are very bad due to rainy season there is a lot of problems, and the amenities are available but the gym is small according to the society.

The overall quality of the homes and other structures is good 24 hour electricity supply, water supply and maintenance is up to the mark. The other facilities like gym, shops, pool, green parks and well-lit roads are additional advantages of this place.
