Construction still happens so that the dust and noise are there but the overall cellular network is a good and peaceful atmosphere with green and open space around you. Facilities are very good for relaxing like a spa, gym, swimming pool, fitness centre, security and more. The overall area is very safe even though the water is piled up in heavy rain. But I love the location. Everything at close range from the highway, hospitals, schools to shopping centres. I even find very good departmental stores for groceries and vegetables
