Painting

Ceiling walls will be finished with cement base paint.

Internal walls will be finished with two coats of wall putty & two coats of emulsion paint.

External walls will be finished with weather proof cement paint.

Main door frame & shutter will be of melamine polish.

Other doors, windows & ventilators will be painted with enamel paint.
