Yes, I really like the place. it is not just about the ambience, but the overall amenities that makes it stand out. One of the things that I really appreciate is very low power cuts, and 24 hours available water supply. moreover, the night safety measures and commendable, since police patrolling is constant.

I would neer want to live anywhere other than Mulund East. Besides its public transport service is also good. As it is located 16 km from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, I have no issues traveling for work from here.

Being a former resident of Mulund east I would say that it is a nce area in Mumbai to live in. Ot has basic amenities available and transport is easy as well. The only issue I faced was watterlogging when it rained heavy.

Girls can travel safely at night without fear, police patrolling is frequent in this area , the streets are well lit, parks are well maintained, no water shortage, public transport is available easily in the locality premises and crime rate is low.

Metro station is far away from this place,Too much of power cuts especially during summer season , Too many old buildings and street lights issues are quite frequent which is unsafe for travel at night especially for girls and women.

Availibility of Public Transport is excellent,No Traffic Jam in this locality, Well maintained roads, markets are nearby and it is just a walking distance from the locality . Autos and cabs are easily available and good, reputed schools are available in close range.

Lack of metro connectivity,parks are not maintained properly,Poor police patrolling , women and girls do not feel safe at night , parking space is inadequate, Road maintenance is poor and frequent traffic jams are a big headache for the residents. Drainage facilities in the locality are not that good either.

Some of the pros of this locality are good public transport, good hospitals nearby, easy availability of cabs/auto rickshaw, safe for girls specially at night, clean and affordable accomodations, provision stores/vegetable vendors nearby. The locality needs to be well lit at night and no power cuts. The municipality also needs to pay more attention to the maintenance aspects.
