Ceramic tiles up to 2 feet high above kitchen platform level on kitchen walls. Sanitary wares are of TOTO or equivalent make, CP fittings of Grohe or equivalent quality. Concealed copper wirings are of Havells or V-guard or equivalent make. Modular switches will be of Norisys or Schneider make. Engineered hard wood door frame with designer shutters and melamine polish finished on both sides at the entrance. French doors with sliding UPVC door systems with mosquito mesh. UPVC window systems with safety grills (M.S) and mosquito mesh are fitted. R.C.C framed structure to withstand wind & seismic loads as per IS code. Superstructure made of solid block masonry. Nandanam is located in the vibrant Hoodi which is on the Whitefield - International Tech Park main road.
