Dear Friends,

This is my first post in this forum.
Please share your views about the future prospects of ILDs new upcoming project Grand Centra in Sec 37C. Is the project worth investing? Payment plan looks good ( with 2 time bound installments i.e 1st within 60 days and 2nd within 120 days of booking and then on completion of 2nd, 6th , 10th floor and so on).

Grand Vs Spire Greens Vs Grand Centra, ILD Developers, Sector 37C, Gurgaon
All the properties are located nearby in sector 37c. What is the difference in terms of the amenities in all three. I am confused. I will be buying soon so need help in terms of the facilities available in these three. Thanks!
