the quality of roads is good and made with best quality material and in this location traffic is not much and situation in monsoon the road are not water logging.there was nothing history of crime in neighbourhood because the people are peaceful.the transportation cab availability in this location is ealiy applicable.yes i feel safe and secure my wife in the night times because the security guard deposit in all at and active all time.no i can't feel and face any water supply and storage

Very nice neighborhood with all the basic amenities around. The rent is also less compared to the other parts of the city. A good place to stay with kids. The neighbours are friednly, the locality has ample greenery and multiple parks for kids to play.
