I am looking to buy 2 BHK flat in an apartment in the Marathahalli - Outer Ring Road Area (Infact i am ok, if i get some good options in Sarjapur - Bellandur - Marathahalli- Kundanhalli - Mahadevpura) in the range of 50-60 L and having possession in an Year to be max.
I already had a look at many of them in Bangalore East area , however haven't got any good options, because the property is located almost 2-3 KM inside from mainroad. And i am aware that its hard to get Projects in this range from big builders (Shoha, Prestige etc)
I am still ok with less amenities however Location is my first choice. Please suggest. I need it for residential purpose.
