Great locality for living with Family and for ITans.

My family is very happy that I live here. Whenever they visit they like the aura in the environment. I am very happy that my family like the place.

Good neighbourhood, livability is good with good schools, hospitals and shopping malls. 2 major highways in the majority. There are several IT hubs in the vicinity that drive a constant demand for rental accommodation and the rent rates are decent as well.

Prices are attractive, good livability, good transport infrastructure, several important roads crossing the area, these are some of the pros of the area but there are some cons as well, like issues of illegal parking leading to traffic congestion and of waterlogging during heavy rain.

Connectivity by public transport needs improvement. Road connectivity is good with highways and major roads passing through the area. The area is livable though infrastructure needs to be developed. Waterlogging and illegal parking are issues for concern. Traffic congestion is common during office hours.

The quality of apartments is very good and prices are high due to high demand from people working in the IT hubs nearby. Infrastructure is being developed on a large scale. The area is safe at night. Prices are high due to increasing demand but rent is affordable.

The area is livable and is in the midst of major IT hubs. Connectivity is not very good though the area is between 2 major exressways. Infrastructure is improving. More schools, malls and hospitals are required in the area. Pimple saudagar is prone to waterlogging.

excellent transportation and commuting facilities and round the clock taxis and autos available . even at nights transportation is available. water and electricity supply is properly available. overal a good place to live with my family.

parks and gardens are a plenty in this area and recreation is not a problem atall. even there is good coaching centre here for the students. though the costs are a little high here the locality is wonderful.

well lit streets and cctv surveilance along with police patrolling makes the area safe for the residents to live in.it is even safe to go out at nights for any work as the streets have very good lighting and poloce check posts.

a very high end and posh locality. this area has all the amenities one can think of . schools and colleges are all nearby and thus education for the residents here is not a problem at all. the water supply and electricity supply provides by the styate are also in good condition and thus the area is wonderful
