Hello folks,

I just stumbled on this website. Basically, I am an NRI who bought 2 HUDA plots in Sector 38, Gurgaon long time back. Now I want to sell them as I have been reading that the Gurgaon property market is somewhat stable.

What would be the ongoing rate for HUDA plots in Sector 38? Please share rates
