Hi experts,

I am looking for a 2BHK flat in and around Balewadi. Visited a few projects and most of the builders are quating price in the range of 70-75 Lacs. I need somewhat spacious flat (in the range of 1100-1350 sft).

I want to know what is the scope of negotion here. The initial price builders are quoting 5500-6000 psft. Looks like that is too high.

Any help is much appriciated....
