Saw many new projects lined up in the Yelahanka area. Century Saras, Century Commanders Vista, Project welworth etc. Seems the area is witnessing a massive growth.
Wanted your views on the future prospects of the area, as now it seems to be outskirts. But there are hospitals (Columbia Asia) and schools coming up around.
So I guess the area would have necessary amenities around. The only concern is the distance from IT hubs. But then also, the prices being offered are good.
