The group has a basic philosophy of creating value where none existed or adding where little was possible. It has been a company philosophy of refurbishing, recreating, reorienting or adding USP to a project before anyone could even anticipate or visualize the need or opportunity. This has led them to buy broken down projects in Andheri East, distressed assets at Kemps Corner, creating service apartments in 2002 when even the concept was alien, creating ready made studio space in their factory premises or creating Country Club project in a reserved property. Each time a landmark was given to the city and its entertainment/recreation starved population. All projects that were created like AMARA in fashion, Orritel in hotels and service apartments, Magnotape or now MTS in shooting locations and banquets, are today leading brands in their segments and have contributed greatly in adding value to their users life.
