NBCC (India) Limited is an ISO 9001:2008 certified public sector company that is involved in construction business both domestic and overseas, across diverse fields like infrastructure, hospitals, institutions, offices, airports, industries, etc. Formerly known as National Buildings Construction Corporation Limited, it is a blue-chip Government of India Navratna Enterprise formed in 1960 under the Ministry of Urban Development.

The Real Estate segment of NBCC was established in 1988 and has executed landmark commercial projects as well as residential and redevelopment projects.
