Prices seems to be in same range for ready to move or just launched projects.
My cousin wants to invest for 4-5 years.
I personally feel that currently the new launch projects are expensive because not all money needs to be paid now and hence may be more affordable for now.
But once the projects are completed the already completed projects and newly completed projects will command the same premium and hence the ready to move in projects makes much more sense.
