Moshi is a good place for bachelors and people working in IT as the locality is very near to Talwade IT Park and Hinjewadi IT Park as well. Flats are given on rent to bachelors and families as there is no distinction here.

The cost of living in Moshi is quite affordable and is preferred by both bachelors and families. There are many options for eateries ranging from street food to fine dining as well with good hygiene. Restaurants are open till late in this area.

super markets are at a further distance but grocery stores and basic amenities area nearby.though malls can be found at a little distance the general and basic needs of the residents are sufficiently fulfilled by the local markets and shops.

water supply and healthcare is at hand and good roads are there though some places roads are narrow,the water and electricity supple is unhindered and hassle free. very few power cuts and rare water shortages experienced bt the residents

safe and well connected locality. cabs and transportation easily available. It is actually a great place to live in. The entire experience is nice for me at least.
