) I find the project ok, considering the price of each flat. Many of the amenities are yet to start and we have said they are waiting for the clearance. Also i got the possession bit late. I am not happy with the overall service by the developer.

Neighbourhood is ultra-safe with the best facilities. Water logging is however a great leveller since it creates traffic jams at times once stepped out in the Noida highway. Large Central Greens, Walking Track, and strategic location make it worth to stay at. Yet WFH is a breeze with good mobile tower and serene ambience overall.

All the amenities I wanted, from clubhouse, community centre, swimming pool, indoor & outdoor games, kids play area, and maintenance & security services to regular supply, everything is perfect. Landscaped gardens and open spaces, and a lot more to that fabulous design.

Firstly let me talk about design and construction- façade is imposing and made of glass. Every apartment in DS Max Sovereign is finely designed with modern touch. Also, there is the ultra posh neighbourhood. Park, security, children's play area, fire safety, gym and other amenities are worth to be here.
