Good things here
Connectivity is not available in the area, and access is limited to a dry area from other societies. Maintenance is very good, and the water facilities are very good. Power backup is also available in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. Facilities like grocery stores, supermarkets, and kids' play areas are convenient and well-maintained. Greenery around the society is very good. Security is excellent and very convenient in the society.read more

Construction quality is very poor; there are issues like leaks in bathrooms in the society. The swimming pool is not available for all residents, only for a few villas. Public transportation is available approximately 2 kilometers away from the society. There is no metro station nearby, making connectivity inconvenient. The flow of traffic outside is very congested, which is inconvenient for residents. The layout of the society is not well-designed, affecting the overall satisfaction of the residents.read more

Good things here
I love living here because the elevators are always working, and we have CCTV cameras and a security guard, which makes me feel safe. There's no seepage or termite issue, and garbage collection is regular and well-managed. The electricity and water supply are dependable. Each resident has their own parking spot, and the gym and clubhouse are modern and well-kept. The neighbors are really nice and friendly; we all look out for each other. Plus, public transport like buses, autos, and cabs are easily accessible.read more

The only downside is that there aren't many shopping options nearby. It's also a bit frustrating that the clubhouse is only available for villa residents and not for those of us in the apartments.read more
