The important aspect that has attracted are rainwater harvesting, water storage, waste disposal, security, car parking and a lot more. The location is unique and the society is quite impressive too. I am very happy with my investment.

I had booked a flat and the new property is a ready to move one. The rooms are spacious with specifications like a balcony, ultra-modern kitchen and bathrooms. There is also less power cut and facilities like 24 hours water supply and electricity.
