electriccity are mostly available all times,good and safe to live in area,all time patrol routine,nearby transport facilities,nearby cinema mall shopping complex available

traffic are higher,lot of metro work ,roads are damaged, pollution are high,noisy,rent charges ,water electricity charges high

T Nagar has an efficient public transit network. An adequate location overall. However, the roads require maintenance. It does, however, have a good living environment. also has strong connectivity. My life has been made so much easier with its metro.

I'll give T Nagar a score of 100 for overall safety because the police monitor the area frequently. In addition to offering affordable housing options, it is a fantastic area to live. Being here is fantastic.

I've lived in T Nagar for a very long period. I recommend this area to anyone looking for reasonably priced apartments. Every convenience is provided, including top-notch hospitals and schools. I adore having my family live here.

A few years ago, I had a home in T Nagar. Its connectivity to various parts of Chennai is incredibly helpful because my office is there. Because T Nagar has a good road system, getting to and from work is simple.

T. Nagar has the advantage of good road connectivity and is close to IT hubs. There is a demand for rental accommodation. There are issues of water scarcity and water logging that need to be resolved.The area is safer than most of the other localities.

T. Nagar is a well developed localiy in Chennai and is close to IT hubs. The area has good connectivity and there are good schools, colleges, hospitals and markets in the locality. Price attractiveness is not good as property prices are high.
