Good things here
Society is well planned and connected. Well drainage and sewage system, Hospital, shops, club house, gym, restaurant, swimming pool etc all within 200 meters. Yoga centre near by. Kids play school, a well reputed school nearby. All in all a good society.
Autos and Cabs easily available
Wide and spacious roads
Low traffic
Enough parking space
No water logging on roads
Great cleanliness
Low power cuts
Clean & well maintained
Strong walls and pillars
No seepage issues
Good quality plaster and fitting
Good celebration of festivities
Understanding and good landlords
Educated & decent residents
Great Schools nearby
Hospitals are accessible
Adequate water
Nice park and kids playarea
Lot of green & open space
Excellent power back-up
Functioning swimming pool
Large clubhouse & spacious gym
Things need improvement
Not many disappointments till now. All the disappointments are related to the future that might never occur. 1. like parking issues may occur in future and not present right now. 2. sometimes can see street dogs in the society etc
