This became Gesco Corporation Ltd., a public entity which later became Mahindra Gesco Ltd. Later Gesco Corporation (South) Ltd. was formed; subsequently this was incorporated as G: Corp Pvt. Ltd. which is the current holding company of the group. Today, G:Corp Developers Pvt.
