This locality is great in terms of transportation facilities. The roads are clean and wide. There are markets in here and there are many street lights on roads. but prices of property is high

Thirumazhisai is a lovely location to visit. Thiruvallur train station is 15 minutes away by car, Sevvapet train station is 5 minutes away by car, and Koyambedu Bus Terminus (CMBT) is 30 minutes away.

There are large number of markets and shopping malls in here. The properties here are affordable but this place is not safe at night time.

You can find a number of well-known nationalised banks, private banks, and ATMs within a 1-kilometre radius because the area is well-developed. There are numerous healthcare facilities within 1 km, well-equipped with contemporary technology.

The area of Thirumazhisai is nice. The major road, market, schools, temples, hospital, and bus station are all easily accessible. The prestigious Panimalar Engineering College and Poonamallee Bus Depot are also close to this property.
