Good things here
The area boasts a variety of facilities like markets, schools, hospitals and parks. It is well served by a range of transportation options including railway station and various transportation facilities. Schools, hospitals, restaurants, hotels and various shopping centers are available within few km.read more

Good things here
I have been lived here for almost 2 years and the best thing is the connectivity of the locality as I can go anywhere in Hyderabad. the area provides top notch facilities and their are various schools, malls and restaurants are available within 30 minutes. there are no power cut issue.read more

Good things here
this locality is quite amazing due to its affordable rain prices and all the amenities that are needed for a human beings are available nearby. there are deep rooted markets and neighbourhood shops. there are instructive establishment closed by also and its benefits from the great availability from different places. transportation facilities are available all time.read more

there are some stopping issues on the inward side and also there is a deficiency of water in various reasons and sometimes I faced power cut issues.read more

Additionally, it has good connectivity to major IT hubs and other parts of Hyderabad, making it a strategic location for both living and investment.read more

While Shamshabad has its advantages, there are a few downsides. The area is still developing, so some infrastructure and amenities might not be as advanced as in other parts of Hyderabad. The rapid development has led to some construction noise and dust. Lastly, public transport options are somewhat limited compared to more central locations.read more

I live in shamshabad which is very popular area. it is a metro station also. people use to buy plots here in shamshabad because it is well and highly developed area. manuly investors use to come here. in shamshabad there are good restaurants available for the public to eat. good schools are also provided and also many other things .it is safe at night . public transport and private transport are also availableread more

there is a water shortage in my area . always powercuts 5 times in a week . there is no cleanliness maintained in my locality . no online services are available like swiggy Zomato. online grocery stores are not available . there are more pollution in my arearead more
