There are a large number of textile­based cottage industries in close  proximity  to Ambernath. Rich  in  culture  and  holy  places,  Ambernath  is  a  prominent  place  to  reside in. Nearest  educational institutes  are Shah Educational Institute, Institute  of Training in  Mobile Technology and few others.
