It is a developing area. Hyderabad is just 17 km from the location. . Shops, hospitals, schools, markets, etc., are available near the locality. At some places roads are in a dire need of attention. There is also traffic issues.

Well-maintained parks are there for kids and elderly. There are good schools near the area. . It is a safe area. Crimes reports are low. Public transport is available easily. Metro is not close to the area.

Auto and cabs are available easily. There are no power cuts in the area. Roads are well maintained. No proper health care services in the area. Grocery stores, markets, schools, colleges, etc., are available at walking distance.

The entire area is very neat and clean. The area is safe even at night. There is no electricity shortage in the area. The roads are also well lit. There is frequent shortage of water. Pollution level is very low.

I could see that prices were within the budget that I had set. So I am happy at being able to have my own home in this emerging area. It is a good place to stay in and quite safe also.
