Need your precious suggestions on my confusion. Need to buy a property in Noida. Initially it’s for investment purpose only (so can even go for soft launches too), but down the line after 4-5 years may shift.

My Budget is around 1cr.

Preferences:

  • Good construction Quality
  • Reputed Builder
  • Preferable Floors - 6 to 12

  • Apex Athena Sector 75 Noida (Not getting mid floors)
  • Panchsheel Prathistha Sector 75 Noida (Doubt about construction quality)
  • Mahagun Moderne Sector 78 (Only 24th floor available)
  • Ajnara Klock Tower Sector 74 Noida
  • Prateek Wisteria Sector 77 Noida (Only 18th floor available, price too a bit high)
  • ATS LeGrandiose Sector 150 Noida (A bit off the road)
  • ATS Pristine Sector 150 Noida (floor not available)
  • ATS picturesque reprieves Sector 152 Noida (avoiding because it is 36th floor and confused about any appreciation in that area)
  • Tata Value Homes Sector 150 Noida (A bit off the road, max size available is low)
  • The Hemisphere villas Sector 27, Greater Noida (Avoid because of associated group - Amarpali)
