The Group has been in the Real Estate business since more than 15 years having completed a large number of projects. The Group specialises in Redevelopment of residential complex, all in prime localities of South Mumbai and has completed number of projects and is also having a number of projects under construction. The Group also undertakes slum rehabilitation projects under a Government scheme administered by the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA), whereby developers are granted development rights in exchange for clearing and redeveloping slum lands, including providing replacement housing for the dislocated slum dwellers. The group is currently developing SRA projects at Bandra and Kandivali in Mumbai.
The group has so far completed Nine projects having constructed over 4.75 lacs sq. ft (both for earlier existing tenants and additional Sale area). The Group has also developed two projects in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai with about 325 flats admeasuring about 350000 Sq. ft. in a joint venture with Arihant Universal Group of Navi Mumbai.
