On knowing that no construction is happening on site from last 2 years also the builder changed the name of project without informing allottees which is an case of fruad. Have been requesting builder to refund my money from last 6 months, although they have agreed on 7 jun 2017 to pay my money without interest in 4 installments within 90 day after all receipt and booking form is returned.
But now the builder is asking for poa signed from us to authorize my brother in law signing paper of refunds. Although to which i contested that since i havent signed and builder buyer agreement or any legal document its not mandate to provide poa and if required i can submit letter of authorization which should suffice my case.
However builder is now delaying the process. Seek your valuable advise whether poa from us is required in my case when no agreement or contract is signed to get my money refund and how to make builder pay for the case of fraud and harassment.
Pl. let me know if there are commercial shops available in sec 135, 143 and 168? I am interested.
