There is a weekly vegetable and fruit market nearby. Many sweet shops are also nearby. Many good medicine shops are available nearby and there is a good hospitals nearby. The parking is not being arranged properly which causes a lot of trouble. There are many places on the road where lights are not installed due to which it remains very dark there. There is no good electronic shop available nearby.read more

At night the street light does not work properly in many places here, there is also a fear of dog bites. There is no good cloth shop nearby and one has to go far even to fill petrol.read more

It is near by UON IT park-2 . Phonix mall is under 1.5km. Most popular school is near for kids. Property appreciation is very good.read more

Tathawade is a great place to live if you are looking for quiet and peaceful place to live. The area is well developed and there are lot of good schools, hospitals and play grounds in area. the people are also very friendly and helpful.read more
Tathawade is not a very safe area. There have been reports of crime in the area, including theft and assault. This can be a concern for residents, especially women.read more
