Accon Priti Villa is made up of one tower. The building has four levels. all the facilities that are hard to find in one place. Public transport is only a few minutes walk away, and the way to the train station is no problem. As a result, working professionals have fantastic connectivity. This is a great area to live in as there are malls, shops, grocery stores, parks, a gym, and other attractions. With the help of CCTV cameras, security guards carry out their tasks flawlessly.

Well-built homes, lovely green parks where you can spend time with your family, and all the facilities that are difficult to find in one location. The Apartment is between 63.17 and 103.12 square meters in size. Good police patrol, park, CCTV cameras, security guards, and everything in the apartment. Ola, Uber taxis arrive on time, there are bus stops, and everything is close by. Public transportation is widely available within walking distance.

This neighborhood offers the best food and the healthiest atmosphere in which to live. There are grocery shops, a gym, and ATMs just inside the complex. The public transport including bus stands, taxi stands are nearby. A good security system is always there are CCTV cameras all over the area supported by the security guards. There is also police patrolling which is done multiple times the day and night.

Uttarpara is in a prime location. On Hoogly, it's a very nice and convenient location. The nearby shops, markets, schools, and colleges are easy to access so, there is no problem reaching them. Connectivity is simply good as all public transport is easily available even the nearest railway station is hardly a few minutes away. Green parks and plants make the environment clean and pollution-free.

The addition of new townships to the city has had a significant impact on the residential real estate market. There are no traffic jams or hustle and bustle, you will never have problems booking a taxi or getting to your location. You will feel light and fresh on the jogging track and the beautiful green park. You will feel more secure with CCTV cameras installed by security experts. Since public transport is easily accessible and there are minimal traffic jams outside, taxis arrive on time.

Good things here

A very safe & friendly place to live in. Basis necessities are very close by. A peaceful place bit away from the hussle bussle of a metro city. Public transport is available at short distance.

Things need improvement

Not to my experience. Sometimes waterlogging happens during monsoons but that is a bit at the interiors and not on the main road.

There is no shortage of water here. The roads here are wide and good. The street lights here work well at night. The transportation facilities here are good and available all the time.

one of my best place for me ... I like this place because there is market and Shop available .... and safe at night also other people always there for help you no matter how much the problem is...

Uttarpara offers good connectivity and is a peaceful area on the River Hooghly. You can access the city in only 11 km or so. It is near the Belur Math and Dakshineshwar and Howrah railway station can be found within another 12 km. The location has restaurants, schools, shops, banks, hospitals, and more in 2 km radius. Ganga river is also within walking distance of ten minutes. Very culturally and environmentally nice for living with a peaceful and calm ambiene. Roads are clean and well maintained. There are traffic problems due to road issues and pollution also.

You will find the environment to be good and healthy here. The water shortage issue does not exist here and pollution levels are also lower. There is a slight issue with night safety though. But public transport is also very good. Power cut is not any issue here. Metro connection is not there in proximity and lots of traffic jams also. It is not very easy to find cabs. Auto is also not available every time.

I lived in the area for two years. It is a decent residential location. Grocery shops are easily available and also theatres, shopping malls, cinema halls, hospitals, and a lot more. It is a scure area. Roads have good lighting. Tranport is also there with taxis and cabs. Street vendors create garbage problems sometimes and that is a major issue. Otherwise, the area is nice for residential purposes.

I will call it the most developed and very nicely set up town on the Hooghly banks. It is home to the best education, healthcare, and entertainment options, with great railway and other transportation choices. It is a wonderful place to settle down. There is an issue with maintaining proper cleanliness and also the maintenance of the roads here. Otherwise, things are mostly great.

In my opinion, the locality is witnessing consistent development. Vegetable shops and markets are nearby and banks are also there. The area has good transportation facilities and you will find medical facilities as well. Living here is a nice experience as I feel. Not much to say in terms of negative points. Only some pollution and traffic at times.
