Good things here

Brand New Constructed Apartment is located in a posh area overseeing the park in New High School Road, VV Puram and it is among well known areas in Basavangudi for Serenity, Best Locality and Security.

Things need improvement

Landscape is beautiful with spacious Houses, with top end fittings including Italian marble and round the clock security. This Apartment complex has Assigned parking with dedicated electric charging point, Round the clock security. Regards,

Good things here

The house is next to Gandhi Bazaar Main Street with lots of commercial shopping and food stalls around. 5-6 Temples are within 500m of the house. 4-5 Parks are within 200m of the house.

Good things here

the electric bill will little expensive because of heavy electricity usage but the power cuts very rare there is no water shortage and we will feel safe with our family there is no history of crime and school and malls are very near to us
