Good things here
T's nice that your community has good bus and cab services and friendly neighbors. However, I think there are always ways to make things better. Even in a well-connected and well-maintained place,
Things need improvement
In my opinion, the construction quality here is not good. We often have problems like leaks and water seeping in. Plus, we don't have amenities like a gym or swimming pool. It would be great if we could improve these facilities for everyone's benefit.

Good things here
Connectivity here was okay because of easy accessibility to autos, rickshaws and cabs , parking space is also sufficient. Gyms, swimming pools , garden everything is provided and it is well maintained. Security facilities are also okay, CCTV's are there. ventilation is good too, Garbage collection facilities are also provided by the society.
Things need improvement
Most of the people here are doing a corporate jobs they go around 8 am and be back by 9 pm so people are not very engaging as they don't have much time, they prefer to relax alone on holidays, apart from these, Metro station is about 10 km away from the society which makes difficulty in commuting and there are also water supply and electricity issues.

One of the best things about this place is all the markets and food options nearby. It's super convenient having so many choices right around the corner!
Things need improvement
Dealing with pests like cockroaches, rodents, and bedbugs is a real headache here. Even though we've tried to tackle the problem, they keep coming back, making life uncomfortable and posing health risks for everyone living here.

One great thing about this place is that there's a playground nearby, which makes it really convenient for kids to have fun and play outside.

In our society, we're lacking proper security measures, which leaves us vulnerable to thefts and break-ins. Broken locks, malfunctioning security cameras, and ineffective entry gate systems are all contributing to these safety concerns.

Living here is budget-friendly, especially compared to nearby areas. It's great for middle-class families because it's more affordable and still offers all the conveniences we need.
Things need improvement
In my flat, there's not enough ventilation, so the air quality indoors isn't great, and we have issues with getting enough fresh air circulating

Because of its low-lying geography, this area tends to get waterlogged during the monsoon season. It can be really inconvenient for residents and even pose safety risks.

amarpali dream valley boost excellent connectivity to school malls and gym connectivity wise you can get auto and cab easily outside of the society as well as its a very secure place to live in noida extension you can find everything nearby like playground playschool etc .

its not maintained society from inside . club area not operational yet but i will be operational soon as per maintainance team for rental purpose it is bit costly

Good things here
There are excellent schools and hospitals nearby. You'll find good restaurants and local markets within easy reach. Traffic is manageable, and there's plenty of parking available. Plus, there's backup power in case of outages. Residents also have access to a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse.

What I really love about this place is how affordable it is, and it's got such a peaceful vibe. It's great for the budget and for just chilling out.

Living here can be noisy with all the disturbances from loud neighbors, nearby construction sites, and busy roads. It's not exactly peaceful!
