Convenient location with easy access to major roads and well connected to public transport and metro stations. affordable housing and rental proximity to education institutes and various multi specialist doctors are available in the hospitals. transportation facilities are top notch.read more

Congested streets and narrow streets with limited parking options lead to traffic congestion which can often be challenging noise pollution.read more

Excellent fully furnished Vaastu compliant 2 BHK flat with bright & spacious rooms and large windows. It's inside a residential complex with 9 towers of 11 floors. Very neatly done up interiors that includes Beds with storage, full-size wardrobes, Dinning table with 6 chairs etc. Also includes electronic items like TV, Fridge, 3 ACs, Washing machine, Microwave, Gas stove etc. Fully modular kitchen with granite slabs and built-in sink having apt level of tiles. the area is well served with essential aminties, from local markets and schools to health care facilities, everything is conveniently accessible. this accessibility significantly signifies day to day living. parks and open areas provides of much needed escape from the urban hustle, offering residence spots for relaxation and outdoor activities.read more

Things need improvement

the area is known for its streats dogs and the frequent traffic congestion particularly during the evening time. the security is not up to mark mark with no surveillance cameras around here. the police petroleum is not so efficient especially at night. parking is a challenge especially for visitor, roadside parking of vehicles is also trouble for other passenger to pass by.read more

Good things here

The area is busy with transportation like cabs,cars,Autos.The streetlights are nice after night 9pm also .in this area Good schools,hospitals,malls.Nearby 5 star restaurants with top quality food.Electric charges are ok and very low powercuts.read more

The property is really good but only complaint about this is it was situated in very outside of urban area which leads to low chances of getting transportation i have to travelled trough personal vehicles for going to any public transport areas.read more
