Good things here

The society was very green. Ventilation in the flat was good, sunlight came in well, and there were no issues with leakage or seepage. Cleanliness was maintained, and there were no problems with water. All modern amenities were available. The bus stop was 600 meters away from the society. The residents were very good and cooperative. read more

Things need improvement

The play area in the society should have been larger for children to play comfortably. Autos were not easily available near the society. There was a lot of traffic issues near the society. read more

Maintenance of the society is very good. Cleaning of the society is also very good. Water facilities are very good, and there is reliable power backup available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they collect both wet and dry waste separately in the society. Public transportation like buses is available within a convenient 500 meters. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. Facilities like grocery stores and restaurants are easily accessible within walking distance from the society. read more

Construction quality is very poor; there are some leaks and issues in some sections of the society, especially in the basement, which is not satisfactory. Maintenance charges are high; they are currently charging 3 rupees per square foot for maintenance. There is no metro nearby, making transportation very inconvenient. The cavery water supply system is not yet installed in the society; although funds were collected for it, the installation has not yet been completed. read more

I appreciated the proximity to schools, hospitals, and markets, which added to the convenience. The good connectivity with readily available public transport was a plus. Regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste was well-managed. The construction quality was excellent, with no issues of seepage or termite infestation, and proper ventilation. Having amenities like the gym and swimming pool available and well-maintained was also great. The neighbors were very nice and friendly. read more

There was a significant issue with tap water not working for the past week, and despite complaints to the maintenance team, the issue has not been resolved. Other than that rest of the things are decent. read more
