It is located in Sector 4, Greater Noida. The residential community has easy accessibility to commercial hubs, famous schools, Gaur City Mall, hospitals and a lot more. It is not at all investment-worthy. The maintenance is low and the rooms are also not constructed with good materials. The clubhouse is still not functional. Many of the amenities need to be looked after. Society needs to be maintained since all the residents are facing a lot of issues. The sales team is worst as they have totally misguided us during the purchase. This is ready to move project that needs a lot of fixing. I would suggest looking for other premium projects before investing in this.read more

Aastha Greens is situated in an excellent location in the Noida sector. The society ensures Vaastu compliant apartments along with high-class features. Since it is located in a hotspot area, there is a lot of traffic congestion during peak hours. The narrow internal roads situated beside the residential complex creates a lot of issues during office hours. I liked that the landscape is nice but planting trees should be encouraged to prevent pollution. The lifts should be maintained properly too. Apart from these issues, the overall project is nice. I love here.read more
