Good things here

The area boasts excellent infrastructure contributing to a comfortable living environment. availability of sports facilities, various transportation facilities and nearby markets contribute to easy lifestyle. there are no power cuts and water shortage problem I faced in this locality.read more

Limited greenery and insufficient plants along roads and market areas causes high air index and noise pollution is also high.read more

Good things here

the area has excellent public transport including a metro station nearby. there are also a railway station and park nearby transportation facility in this locality is very good and all the essential facilities are available at walking distance. additionally of hospital is just nearby and there is a great view of travelling spots.read more

the roads are in poor condition in the streets which can cause traffic jams. the water quality is not good.read more

Deccan gymkhana has smooth and spacious roads, that are well maintained by the authorities. The neighborhood friendly and the locality is a safe place for young people and children. It is a well maintained locality with proper lighting on the streets and roads. There are no frequent crime reports. Deccan gymkhana is well connected to the old mumbai-pune road (NH 60), connecting pimpri-chinchwad, mumbai and chakan talegaonread more

Things need improvement

The ongoing metro construction causes severe traffic jams. Parking is an issue for households in Deccan gymkhana and parking is done on roads for most of the visitor vehicles. Some corners are unhygienic in the absence of proper waste disposal facilities in some parts. Being the prime location the house rates are high.read more

Deccan Gymkhana is awesome and build developing place many changes are done within 5 years hair transportation services like Uber, rapido and ola are available. food services like Zomato swiggy zepto are there at door steps. transportation facilities and all the basic amenities like a schools and hospitals are available within few metres.read more

Things need improvement

the main problem for the people are traffic jams and there is a huge traffic jams after 7:00 p.m. because of office hours.read more
