This is situated in the heart of Gurugram, near Sheetla Mata Mandir. Railways and Metro stations, Cybercity, CyberHub, Udyog Vihar, and Malls are within 3km radius. This is 2nd floor with Power Backup.read more

Things need improvement

No car parking available. Parking facility available only for two wheeler. Best suited for a small family.read more

Sector 13 is good in terms of the neighbourhood because this place is clean with all the required amenities present. this place is safe and there are street lights available. Moreover, livability of this place is high and connectivity is also good but property prices here also high

Sector 13 is a nice neighbourhood because it has excellent amenities all around. Here, real estate is reasonably priced. Within the neighbourhood, marketplaces and schools are located. The roads are kept up well. There are numerous streetlights. Although the connectivity is excellent, this location is not at all secure.

Sector 13 is a nice place to live because it has a lot of amenities. Both the homes and the neighbourhood are reasonably priced and safe. This location is connected by numerous motorways and flyovers. Low levels of pollution and peaceful cleanliness characterize this area.
