Shree Vardhman Gardenia is a fairly upscale neighbourhood that has excellent access to the rest of the city. Additionally, this area has adequate transportation options. The negative is services and maintenance are unsatisfactory.

There is a constant supply of electricity in the apartment. Under every building is a security guard. Excellent apartment with a nearby grocery store. A parking space is assigned to each house number.
