Good things here
Living in Panchvati Apartment is great because it's so convenient. We've got everything we need nearby�shopping malls, offices, and restaurants are all within easy reach, which makes life a lot easier. Plus, the complex itself is really nice. It's well-kept, and there are loads of amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and playground, so there's always something to do. Overall, it's a comfortable place to live.read more

One big issue is pests�cockroaches and rodents are a real headache, and despite complaints, the management doesn't seem to do much about it. The walls are so thin that noise from neighbors can drive you crazy, making it hard to relax. Parking is a hassle too, with not enough spots, so we end up having to park on the street, which isn't safe. Worst of all, the management doesn't seem to care much about fixing problems. Stuff like water leaks and maintenance issues take forever to get sorted out.read more
