Good things here

Connectivity works well for me, especially because I use my personal vehicle, and the society is connected by elevated roads, which is great. The maintenance of the society is satisfactory. Additionally, the society's proximity to my business place makes it very convenient for me.read more

Things need improvement

The owner isn't very cooperative, and there are no festivals celebrated in the society. There are also no amenities like a pool, gym, or clubhouse. Additionally, there's very little interaction between residents, and the atmosphere feels quite negative.read more

As it's a single building, not part of a society, its location on the main road ensures good connectivity with easily available public transport. Maintenance of the building is good and cost-effective. Five years ago, when I lived there, the construction quality was good, and I never faced any issues like seepage, water leakage, or concerns related to the materials used in construction. There are sufficient parking spaces available as well.read more
