Connectivity like cabs and autos is well-maintained in the society, and booking Ola and Uber is convenient. Public transportation like buses is easily available within a walkable distance from the society. Colleges and schools are well-maintained within the society. The greenery of the society is very good. Security is excellent, with CCTV cameras available in the society. Garbage collection is very good, with separate collection of dry and wet waste in the society.read more

I moved out of this society around 5 to 6 years ago, but I now reside near the community, approximately 1km away. The positive aspect of this community is that flats are available at prices lower than the market rate. Moreover, the connectivity of the society has significantly improved over time. There is now a school within walking distance and a radius of 1km to 2km, there are schools, hospitals, petrol bunks, an MMTS railway station, and a few supermarkets conveniently located. During my time there, the maintenance facilities were good, with reliable water supply and power backups for common areas. Since the construction is around 13 years old, there are no major seepage issues.read more
